How long does delivery of stone tiles take?
We aim to delivery stone tiles between 3 and 4 working days.
For urgent stone tiles next day delivery is possible with an extra shipping cost if ordered before 10am.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our stone tiles to anywhere in the UK excluding Northern Ireland
How are tiles delivered?
Delivery is with a tail lift lorry see delivery. You must ensure access to the property is available and that someone is there to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The driver is not responsible for handling tiles so please ensure that you have the labour available to do so.
What happens if no one is there to receive the tiles ordered?
The driver will return your crate(s) to the nearest depot where you will have to make arrangement to redeliver the tiles at your expense.
What happens if the driver cannot reach the premises due to bad access?
If the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements at your expense.
How much breakage should I expect in a delivery?
With natural stone tiles it is common to have some tiles slightly damaged (small chips etc). An industry norm is anything up to 10% is acceptable. When fitting the stone tiles any chipped stone tiles can be used for cutting, your tile fitter will be able to use these up for a perfect finish to your stone floor.
