Payment

All products must be paid for in full before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery is made by a 17 tonne lorry with tail gate. The crate(s) is transported on a pump pallet truck from the roadside to your door. Due to the weight of the crates they cannot be moved on gravel drives etc .- only on hard firm surfaces.

The driver is not responsible for handling tiles so please ensure that you have the labour available to do so.

If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow driveways etc. you must inform Beswickstone when ordering, as alternative arrangements may need to be made.

If the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements at your expense.

Collection

Orders can be collected from the depot. Collected goods are transported at your risk.

Samples

We will gladly send a 10cm x 10cm free sample. A postal charge is required. This charge is refunded against any order.

Should you require a full size tile, this is sent at a charge. This charge is refunded against an order.

Fixing

Correct installation and use of specialist fixing and finishing products is vital.

Damages

When ordering please allow a minimum of 5% for damages. Pallets must be inspected at point of delivery and any excessive damages or shortage should be reported to Beswickstone immediately.

Stone Products

Stone is a natural product and therefore you should expect slight variations and imperfections such as chips, marks etc.

Travertine
Travertine is a stone that has naturally occurring pits and small holes. These holes can be filled at source by the quarry. Occasionally this filler can loosen or come out. This is in no way an indication of the quality of the stone. Given this, we would not recommend that certain types of travertine are used in a commercial environment.
