Our Monumental range of Italian stoneware porcelain is immensely popular and we have 150sqm available of the popular Monumental Ground colour which is end of line to sell at the price of just £19sqm +VAT & delivery!
We operate a minimum order quantity of 6 boxes (9.846sqm) on the EOL sale product.
Additional T&C's for EOL Clearance Products:
- When tiling walls & floors it is accepted industry practise to order at least 10% more required for cutting wastage & breakage. Remember we will not get more so if coverage looks tight please increase the % extra.
- Unused tiles cannot be returned
- Delivery / Collection is to be made within 10working days of ordering; no storage available

| Installation Points | Large format porcelain tiles should be installed with a good quality S1 grade flexible adhesive and a fine grain grout. For large tiles it is strongly recommended that levelling clips are used and joints should be staggered by a maximum of 30% of the length of the tile AKA staggered brick bond. |
| Blending | Shade and colour variation should be expected in our ‘natural’ look porcelain products, no different to what you would see in real stone or timber. Stronger tone & colour variation can occur between batches, so it is recommended you ensure you order enough for your project in one batch. As per laying real stone/timber a good number of packs should be opened at a time and blended. |
