Our uber popular Dijon & Regent stones come with the option of this 5cm (50mm) thick outdoor finish stone step tread. Finished with a high grip surface, these limestone steps are appropriate for use both indoors and outdoors. Each step is 115cm (1150mm) wide & 35cm (350mm) deep. The front edge is finished with a machined bullnose profile whilst the sides and rear are sawn. Stone steps are the ideal solution for different level spaces be it interior design or landscape design. This wonderful Purbeck coloured limestone which abounds in captivating fossil, shell & quartz detail is equally popular both for projects internally & externally. The stone step compliments the brushed Dijon limestone or the tumbled Regent limestone perfectly and obviously also matches our Dijon / Regent 3cm (30mm) 30mm thick outdoor limestone flags. Our dedicated Dijon/Regent coping stone is 100cm x 35cm x 4cm finished with a full bullnose along both long sides and comes with 5mm drip lines on the underside.

Indoor Step Tread	Unlike flagstones, Indoor Step Treads are sold per piece. Our indoor Dijon/Regent step tread is 100cm long with one length finished in a bullnose (rounded) edge, the step is 45cm deep (front to back) and is either 3cm or 2cm thick. The surface finish is the same as the internal flagstones i.e. light brushed surface for Dijon and tumbled for Regent.
Outdoor Step Tread	Unlike flagstones, Step Treads are sold per piece. Dijon/Regent Outdoor step tread is 115cm long with one length finished in a bullnose (rounded) edge, the step is 35cm deep (front to back) and 5cm thick. Our step treads can be used internally and externally and are often used as coping stones too. The surface finish is the same as the external flagstone i.e. high-grip external grade surface
Coping Stone	Unlike flagstones, Coping Stones are sold per piece. Dijon/Regent coping stone is 100cm long with both long lengths finished in a bullnose (rounded) edge, the coping stone is 35cm deep (front to back) and 4cm thick. Drip lines run along both long sides on the underside. The surface finish is the same as the external flagstone i.e. high-grip external grade surface

Internal Installation Points	These 30mm/20mm thick stone steps can be laid directly onto a concrete/screed base. When installing onto concrete/screed a good quality flexible grade white tile adhesive can be used.
External Installation Points	This is a 50mm thick stone step / 40mm thick coping stone so can be laid directly onto an MOT type 1 external base or similar or onto a concrete/screed base. If installing onto MOT then a wet sand & cement mortar mix must be used with the addition of SBR. NB: white Portland cement must be used in place of standard grey cement. If installing onto concrete/screed a good quality external grade white tile adhesive can be used.
