We have developed a unique range of finishes for many of our outdoor cobblestone and slim sett stones enabling you to choose the aesthetic that works best with your landscaping scheme. From gently aged through to highly rivened, these finish options create very different designs even within the same stone. A photo tells some of the story, but the best way is to visit our fabulous showroom where you can view and handle each option to get a full understanding and take away a sample free of charge. If you can’t visit us, full samples can be purchased via the website on each product page.

Courtyard Finish

Courtyard Finish - available in selected cobblestone & slim-setts this finish has gently aged, linear edges with a flat surface which is finished with an external grip texture

Stableyard Finish

Stableyard Finish - has the same flat surface with outdoor grip texture as Courtyard but the edges are subtly undulating or wavy creating a slightly more rustic finish. Available in selected cobblestone & slim-setts.

Splitface Finish

Splitface Finish - has a rivened or rough surface texture with aged linear edges. A strong rustic finish with oodles of charm & character. Available in selected cobblestone & slim-setts.

Ancient Finish

Ancient Finish - available in Hebron & Provence cobblestone, Ancient Cobbles are heavily distressed on both the edges & surface of the stones creating an extremely aged aesthetic that is very irregular.

Hand-Cut Finish

Hand-Cut Finish - a lovely variable textured face to the block with hand-cut and tumbled edges. Exact same finish as the corresponding flagstone. Available in Raj Beige, Raj Grey & Munster limestones.
