Chic Sand is a gorgeous pale sandy colour tile inspired by the historic marbles of Italy. Infused with stunning textures and intriguing veining, the tile variation, gives every floor or wall project a truly unique feel. With a lovely warm colour base to the tile, shimmering beach tones and exquisitely replicated marble characteristics, the quality of these beautiful tiles shines through when laid out before you. Exuberant white marbling darts across the natural surface of the tile to create dynamic patterns and effects lifting the beauty & interest of this fabulous product. Chic Sand is available in different tile sizes up to the mammoth 120cm x 60cm so is perfect for large open-plan schemes or whole wall tiling in bathrooms where the size and look combine to dramatic effect.

- 120cm x 60cm x 1cm Standard R10 10mm thick internal wall & floor format: Our hugely popular large internal tile for use in both residential and commercial interiors. MOQ: 5boxes (7.2sqm) – USUALLY AVAILABLE FROM STOCK.
- Standard R10 Mixed Mosaic for use on walls & floors. PLEASE NOTE: Mosaics are sold PER SHEET so the price above (£19.99+ VAT) is for one 30cm x 30cm sheet. Just enter the total number of mosaic sheets you require into the white box labelled SQM (next to the 'Prices include VAT' box) to add correctly to your shopping cart. | Mosaic | Unlike tiles Mosaics are sold per sheet. Chic Porcelain Mixed Mosaic is supplied on a mesh-backed sheet measuring 30cm x 30cm which can be cut using a stanley knife. This is rectified porcelain suitable for use on walls and floors. Due to mosaic production methods, slight dimensional variation is to be expected within the mosaic sheet. |

| Installation Points | Porcelain tiles should be installed with a good quality S1 grade flexible adhesive and a fine grain grout. For large tiles it is strongly recommended that levelling clips are used. |
| Mosaic Installation | Mosaics can be a challenge to install. The mesh backing makes it hard to get even pressure when pressing into adhesive so you end up with an uneven surface and, when used against normal tiles, lipping can occur for this reason too. We recommend the use of Mosaic Mesh Tile Backer Sheets which makes mosaic installation MUCH easier. These are available from most DIY sheds. |
| Blending | Shade and colour variation should be expected in our ‘natural’ look porcelain products, no different to what you would see in real stone or timber. Stronger tone & colour variation can occur between batches, so it is recommended you ensure you order enough for your project in one batch. As per laying real stone/timber a good number of packs should be opened at a time and blended. |
