Despite its name Cloud Beige can be described as a pale sandy-taupe coloured tile rather than bland beige conjured by its nomenclature! As per its sister tile Cloud Blanc, Cloud Beige takes inspiration from the sophisticated Pierre de Bourgogne French limestone complete with all the subtle tonal variations, movement and mottling seen in the real flagstone. To enhance this flagstone look, the edge has been aged to produce a fabulous tile with an authentic aged flagstone appearance. Cloud Beige is a traditional pale limestone coloured tile that will suit any interior from contemporary to period. The large size 120cm x 60cm tile is a particular favourite for large open plan areas with lots of light, the slightly darker colour of Cloud Beige anchors the space and does not get lost with floods of natural light. It is also an immensely popular bathroom choice with the warmth of the tile adding a sense of serene calm and comfort. By combing the different formats with the random P mosaic, an exquisite haven bathroom can be created. Cloud Beige is a very versatile product equally at home in modern schemes and more traditional ones. By combining the three 60cm wide tiles sizes you can make a 'free length' tile design which is more akin to a traditional flagstone floor. If you want to keep modern then choose a single tile size and consider more contemporary tiling schemes such as stacking rather than a traditional brick bond.

We operate a minimum order of 6 boxes on this product. Also available in Blanc & Gris.

Mosaic Unlike tiles Mosaics are sold per sheet. Cloud Porcelain Mosaic is supplied on a mesh-backed sheet measuring 30cm x 30cm which can be cut using a stanley knife. Cloud Blanc Mixed Mosaic is random, made up of 'broken' mosaic. This is rectified porcelain suitable for use on walls and floors. Due to mosaic production methods, slight shade and dimensional variation is to be expected within the mosaic sheet.

Installation Points Large format porcelain tiles should be installed with a good quality S1 grade flexible adhesive and a fine grain grout. For large tiles it is strongly recommended that levelling clips are used and joints should be staggered by a maximum of 30% of the length of the tile AKA staggered brick bond.
Blending Shade and colour variation should be expected in our ‘natural’ look porcelain products, no different to what you would see in real stone or timber. Stronger tone & colour variation can occur between batches, so it is recommended you ensure you order enough for your project in one batch. As per laying real stone/timber a good number of packs should be opened at a time and blended.
Mosaic Installation Mosaics can be a challenge to install. The mesh backing makes it hard to get even pressure when pressing into adhesive so you end up with an uneven surface and, when used against normal tiles, lipping can occur for this reason too. We recommend the use of Mosaic Mesh Tile Backer Sheets which makes mosaic installation MUCH easier. These are available from most DIY sheds.
