Our Mixed Seam Heavy outdoor limestone is perfectly suited to the English vernacular holding abundant Cotswold & Bath Stone colourisation making it an ideal choice for external landscaping schemes in the Southwest and beyond. Hailing from the same quarries as our almighty Avignon & Castile limestones, Mixed Seam is cut from where these two stones meet – hence the moniker mixed seam. With flavours of both Avignon & Castile plus flags not seen in the separate selections, Mixed Seam outdoor flagstone is the perfect blend of the two along with novel & singular flourishes.This is a stunning, aged & textured limestone flag in a classic free (mixed) length pattern which creates a timeless composition. Each outdoor flagstone is 60cm wide and you receive a mixture of 70cm, 80cm, 90cm and 100cm lengths, enabling you to create a unique scheme. If you are after that archetypal English limestone aesthetic in an extremely hard-wearing stone at a fraction of the price of UK quarried stone, then this surely must be top of your list. A rustic styled stone that will work beautifully with buildings of Cotswold or Bath Stone masonry or compliment gorgeous dry-stone walling in a landscaped setting. Our Mixed Seam Heavy Tumbled flagstone is an outstanding outdoor stone; immeasurably attractive, strong and highly durable with lovely sandy beige & honeyed tones.
Available in large 60cm wide flags in random lengths with the longest length being 100cm. Also available in a 20mm thick indoor flagstone in the same pattern creating the opportunity to run this handsome limestone inside to out. See related products below.
To complement these outdoor flagstones, we have our 5cm outdoor stone steps. These limestone step treads are finished with a full bullnose edge and offer the ideal solution for split level landscaping designs. Each step is 100cm wide, 35cm deep and 5cm thick (1000mm x 350mm x 50mm). Priced per piece at £45each +VAT and delivery. PLEASE NOTE: STEP TREADS are sold PER STEP, so the price above (£45.00+VAT) is for one 100cm x 35cm tread and NOT per sqm. Just enter the total number of steps you require into the white box labelled SQM (next to the 'Prices include VAT' box) to add correctly to your shopping cart.

| Installation Points | This is a 30mm thick flag so can be laid directly onto an MOT type 1 external base or similar or onto a concrete/screed base. If installing onto MOT then a wet sand & cement mortar mix must be used with the addition of SBR. NB: white Portland cement must be used in place of standard grey cement. If installing onto concrete/screed a good quality external grade white tile adhesive can be used. |
