If you are looking for a beautiful Cotswold / Bath stone coloured external limestone then look no further than our stunning Avignon Soft Tumbled Outdoor Flagstone. In the same 60cm x random length format to compliment our internal Avignon tiles, these flags are 3cm (30mm) thick and finished with an anti-slip finish to provide grip under foot. Avignon is a quintessential English look limestone, perfect for those looking for an English vernacular stone without the exorbitant price tag and with hugely improved durability and toughness. This gorgeous pale cream & light mushroom coloured flag will add lightness and cheer to your outdoor landscaping scheme and bring joy to fabulous outside entertaining spaces or the ultimate chic to sunken garden areas. Each flag is lightly aged resulting in a gently worn edge producing that soft, time-worn aesthetic. PRICES ARE PER SQM EXCLUDING DELIVERY. We operate a minimum order quantity of 10sqm on the flagstone & 3cm thick cobbles, 5 pieces on the steps and 8sqm on the 4cm thick herringbone/block sett.
PLEASE NOTE: STEP TREADS are sold PER STEP so the price above (£45.00+VAT) is for one 100cm x 35cm tread and NOT per sqm. Just enter the total number of steps you require into the white box labelled SQM (next to the 'Prices include VAT' box) to add correctly to your shopping cart.
LARGE SIZE SAMPLE INFORMATION: A single 30cm x 30cm sample of the outdoor flagstone is available to purchase at just £7.50inc P&P. This £7.50 will be credited against any future order of Avignon Soft Tumbled Outdoor Flagstone.
Postal samples ARE NOT available for our 5cm thick step treads, the colour and finish is identical to the external flagstone (within the vagaries of a natural product).

| Indoor Outdoor Step Tread | Unlike flagstones, Step Treads are sold per piece. Avignon step tread is 100cm long with one length finished in a bullnose (rounded) edge, the step is 35cm deep (front to back) and 5cm thick. Our step treads can be used internally and externally and are often used as coping stones too. |
| Courtyard Cobbles | Courtyard cobbles are 15cm wide by mixed lengths (15, 20 & 25cm) and are 3cm (30mm) thick. We recommend using a slurry primer (aka Bond bridges or bond coats) to improve adhesion of the cobbles to the mortar bed. |

| Installation Points | This is a 30mm thick flag so can be laid directly onto an MOT type 1 external base or similar or onto a concrete/screed base. If installing onto MOT then a wet sharp sand & cement mortar mix must be used with the addition of SBR. NB: white Portland cement must be used in place of standard grey cement. If installing onto concrete/screed a good quality external grade white tile adhesive can be used. |
