Tumbled and then sandblasted, Downing limestone is a charming pale stone that is now available in fabulous 30cm x 30cm & 40cm x 40cm cut-corner or cabochon style pattern. This is stylish geometric designed stone pavers specifically curated for outside use. At 30mm thick, these hand-worked & aged external flags are perfect for those garden designs that are crying out for something creative & perhaps a smidge bit quirky.

Cabochon floors grace many a Georgian home in the UK and you can’t deny the impact this stone flooring has – style & class personified. At Beswick Stone we’ve taken inspiration from these timeless inset floors and developed a range of dedicated outdoor cut-corner options in our popular Downing Limestone. Every tile is antiqued to give a gentle time-worn feel. Looking ever so slightly distressed, by the passing of time, thousands of footsteps and trundling wheelbarrows. This is an external paving option that will make superb patios, pathways, terraces, potting areas & the like that need something distinctive. Looks absolutely fabulous when used for the front pathway for a Victorian or Georgian townhouse.

Each octagonal tile of Downing is cut on all 4 corners to receive a contrasting black marble insert. The contrast of colour, tile shape and size elevates both stones, highlighting their geometry and simply creating a beautiful, angular patterned floor. Downing external cabochon is available in 4 different sized pavers and are available from stock.

How to order? For each tile of Downing, you will also receive 1 black insert included in the per sqm price. Downing Sandblasted 30cm x 30cm & 40cm x 40cm Cabochon in sets of 11 tiles. You can either order by area (sqm) or by set. If you order by area your order will be rounded up to the nearest whole set.

PRICES ARE PER SQM EXCLUDING DELIVERY. We operate a minimum order quantity of 11sets on both the 30x30 and 40x40 pavers (10.89sqm & 10.56sqm respectively).

LARGE SIZE SAMPLE INFORMATION: A single 30cm x 30cm or 40cm x 40cm sample is available to purchase at just £7.50inc P&P (will include 1x black insert). This £7.50 will be credited against any future order of Downing Cabochon Outdoor Limestone.
