Our first cabochon limestone floor is in our stunning Provence tumbled limestone tile. Since we introduced this fabulous stone to our aged limestone range in 2022, the larger flagstone format has proven extremely popular hence adding this superb octagon limestone floor option was an easy decision. Historically, different coloured stones were often used to create beautiful geometric floor patterns and the decorative smaller diamond tile of dark marble or limestone is very typical of the Georgian entrance hall. We have not veered away from this design classic and the lovely pale cream tones of the tumbled Provence limestone contrasts beautifully with the aged black limestone cabochon.

These angular patterned floors are now popular for use in bathrooms and other living areas of the home. Our Provence cabochon floor is easily incorporated into a larger scheme as we have border tiles, step treads and large flagstones also available from stock to compliment this beautiful, antiqued limestone floor. How to order? For every tile of Provence you receive 1 black insert included in the per sqm price. Provence Cabochon is sold per set, 0.96sqm (6 tile set) for the 40x40. You can either order by area (sqm) or by set. If you order by area your order will be rounded up to the nearest whole set.

Provence border is an optional extra and is sold per piece. Measure the perimeter of your room to give you the linear metreage and then simply divide this figure by the length of the border tile (80cm) to calculate how many pieces you need – remember to add a couple extra to cover cutting/breakage. Additional 10cm x 10cm black inserts can also be ordered if required.
