Originating from India, these natural tiles have been carefully tumbled, brushed and hand-finished to create a uniquely worn look. They’re highly durable and will add a timeless elegance to your interior for years to come.
With its versatile base colour of soft grey-beige, our hand-finished Raj Beige Flagstone flooring is suitable for all types of interiors and exteriors. Whether your home has red or yellow brick walls, is built in the Tudor style or using Cotswold stone, these stylish yet functional gently brushed and tumbled natural stone tiles will add that finishing touch. This flagstone flooring is available in the large rectangular size of 60cm x mixed lengths. If using externally please refer to our FAQ - External Stone for more information.
Also available are our cobbles & slim stone herringbone setts: these lovely outdoor finished settts are perfect for landscaping pathways, courtyards and the like or adding dynamism to your internal scheme.
NOW also available with matching step treads finished with a full bullnose. Treads are 100cm x 35cm x 5cm and cost £45per tread + VAT. PLEASE NOTE: STEP TREADS are sold PER STEP so the price above (£45.00+VAT) is for one 100cm x 35cm tread and NOT per sqm. Just enter the total number of steps you require into the white box labelled SQM (next to the 'Prices include VAT' box) to add correctly to your shopping cart.

Postal samples ARE NOT available for our 5cm thick step treads, the colour and finish is identical to the flagstone (within the vagaries of a natural product).

| Step Tread | Unlike flagstones, Step Treads are sold per piece. Raj Beige step tread is 100cm long with one length finished in a bullnose (rounded) edge, the step is 35cm deep (front to back) and 5cm thick. Our step treads can be used internally and externally and are often used as coping stones too. |

| Installation Points | When laying internally this limestone can be installed with a good quality grey adhesive. Flexibility and full specification will depend on the age and type of your sub-floor. |
| External Installation Points | This 22mm thick flag can be laid directly onto an MOT type 1 external base or similar or onto a concrete/screed base. If installing onto MOT then a wet sand & cement mortar mix must be used with the addition of SBR. If installing onto concrete/screed a good quality external grade grey tile adhesive can be used. |
